FAQs

What is the minimum order quantity?

We custom make all our tubes so there is no “one size fits all” minimum order quantity. It will depend on the tube type and whether plain or printed- you can view our minimum order quantities for each style on the product pages of our website. If you require smaller quantities you can purchase quantities as small as 500 units in one of our standard sizes, plain or printed, through our online shop.

Can I get samples?

Yes, you can order a mixed sample pack through our online shop– this will contain tubes that we have produced for other clients in a range of sizes and styles. You can also purchase a sample from our range of standard sizes through our online shop. Please tell us if you can’t find anything suitable, we should be able to help.

What is the lead time?

Plain tubes are 2 to 3 weeks delivery.
Printed tubes are approximately 5 weeks from approval of the print proof. This lead time can vary depending on the time of year but, if you have a deadline, please let us know. We will do everything we can to get your tubes to you in time.

Where are your tubes manufactured?

All our production takes place in the UK at our custom built 60,000 square foot factory in Birmingham, the heart of the country.

What information do I need to give to get a quotation?

This is all shown on our enquiry form. If it helps, you are welcome to send us your product for us to size the pack.

Are the tubes food grade?

Yes, all our tubes are manufactured to the British Retail Consortium (BRC) Global Standards for food grade packaging. We were among the first packaging manufacturers to achieve this standard in 2004 and we are extremely proud of our high rating.

What size tubes do you sell?

We manufacture tubes from 22mm up to 203mm internal diameter. The available sizes for each style of tube can be found on the technical specification page for each product.

Are your tubes recyclable?

All our cardboard tubes are made from either 100% recycled brown board or white pure board sourced from sustainable sources. All our cardboard tubes are recyclable.
Our plastic tubes contain 40% recycled PET and are recyclable where you can recycle PET bottles.

What is the process for a printed tube?

We’ll send you a cutter guide for your designer to produce the artwork and pass on to us. Before we print the outer wraps, we will send you a PDF proof for approval and sign off. Once approved we can go to production which is, on average, 5 weeks.

Can you design my artwork for me?

Sorry no, we leave that to more creative folk. We focus on turning your ideas into great finished tubes.

Can you fill or pack my tubes?

No, our expertise is in making tubes. We do not have facilities for packing or fulfilment services.
